POA Board approves outside golf membership, rate increase

At the November Regular Session Board Meeting, the Board of Directors approved adding a monthly outside golf membership with the hopes that it will lead to more annual memberships.

The board discussed hiring a marketing consultant to help increase membership.

The Board of Directors also approved to raise the annual golf membership rate from $1,800 to $2,400. The vote was 3-2 with Directors Queen, Harris and Hawgood voting in favor of the increase.
