Roadrunners RV Club enjoys comradery in San Diego

The Canyon Lake Roadrunners RV Club enjoyed a five-day trip to the Chula Vista RV Park and Resort in San Diego. Members visited several sights in the San Diego area, including Coronado Island, Old Town and Seaport Village.

The trip was highlighted with games of chance and skill. Members enjoyed the comradery of sharing meals and good times together. Golfers tested their skills at the Bonita Golf Club and everyone raved about the delicious dinner catered by Hunter Steak House.

A trip back to the resort has already been rescheduled for next year. The Roadrunners welcome other Canyon Lake RV owners to join them.

The club holds dinner meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at the lodge. Social hour begins at 5 p.m.; dinner is served at 6 p.m.

In addition to monthly dinner meetings, the club takes six to eight trips per year. Membership is $10 per couple per year.
