Cub Scout Pack 346 is kicking off its annual Popcorn Fundraiser tomorrow. Popcorn prices range from $10 for caramel flavors to $20 for cheesy flavors. Chocolate flavors are $25. Specialty packs range from $35 to $50 and are available online or by ordering directly from one of the Cub Scouts. Coffee, Candy and collector tins of popcorn are also available online.

Booth sales run through Oct. 8; online sales run through November. Scout order forms are due in October with a popcorn delivery date of early November, just in time for the holiday.

Scouts from Pack 346 will be selling popcorn at a booth in front of Stater Bros. in Canyon Hills on the following dates:

Aug. 19 and 24, Sept. 1, Sept. 8 through Sept. 10 and Sep. 16 and 17. Thursday and Friday hours are 4 to 8 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Scouts will also be collecting donations for “Popcorn for the Military.” Last year, the Pack donated $500 worth of popcorn to local military and vets through Veterans Support Services Network in Temecula. The previous year, the pack sent $500 worth of popcorn to deployed soldiers overseas and to a group at Camp Pendleton Marine Base.

Forty percent of the popcorn sales go to local scouting, 30 percent goes directly to Pack 346. For more information about Pack 346’s Popcorn Fundraiser, email socalpack346@gmail.com.

Cub Scout Pack 346 will be kicking off its scouting year on Aug. 27, from 3 to 5 p.m. at Lamb’s Fellowship, 21901 Railroad Canyon Rd., Lake Elsinore. Those interested in joining are asked to attend the meeting.

Pack 346 serves Canyon Lake, Canyon Hills and Tuscany Hills and is for boys in kindergarten through 5th grades.
