Women’s Golf Club announces tourney winners

The Canyon Lake Women’s Golf Club held its summer Jack and Jill Golf Tournament on July 8 at the Canyon Lake Golf Course.

The themed tournament, “Out of Africa” was followed by lunch and awards at the country club.

The format for the competition was Two Best Balls of the Foursome, one woman, one man.

The winners were as follows:

A Flight Gross: Travis and Valerie Montgomery and Steve McCain and Cathy Barr.

A Flight Net: Darlene and Ed Cortez and Quince Hansen and Anita Fairfield.

B Flight Gross: Ura and Chuck Furry and Linda and Chuck Hudson.

B Flight Net: Linda and Roger Kielty and K.K. and Jesse Beecher.
