Woman’s Club installs 2017/2018 president

The new officers of the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club were installed at the club’s June 21 meeting. Sue Collins will serve as the new 2017/2018 president. Club members thanked outgoing president, Jan May, and presented her with a plaque. Committees and past presidents were also recognized.

The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club is a non-profit, non-partisan philanthropic service organization that was founded in 1972 and is dedicated to the enrichment of Canyon Lake and helping others less fortunate. It’s mission is to provide a safe gathering place for the women of Canyon Lake, to raise funds to help those in need, both individuals and other charities, and to provide scholarships to local students for the continuation of their education after high school.
