      The POA Board of Directors recently approved a rule change pertaining to holiday decorations. The new rule allows residents to display their Halloween decorations beginning Oct. 1, rather than two weeks before the holiday. The new rule also extends the holiday decorations removal date by one week.

      Thanksgiving decorations may now be placed on the property beginning Nov. 1.

      There is no change to Christmas and New Year’s decorations. Christmas and New Year’s decorations may not be placed on the property earlier than Thanksgiving Day.
