Out and About in Canyon Lake St. Patrick’s Day Edition

Canyon Lakers turned up adorned in green at the St. Patrick’s Day parties at the Country Club and Lodge.

Diners and party-goes at the Country Club enjoyed shepard’s pie, corned beef and cabbage and specialty drinks such as green beer and Irish Car bombs. Every table was full and those who didn’t make prior reservations were placed on a waiting list. Resident and local entertainer Aprile DeAnne provided the evening’s entertainment with music and trivia.

Over at the Lodge it was standing room only. The party started off with Happy Hour food specials and specialty drinks such as the Irish Mule. Mark Huston & the Workin’ Men kept the crowd on their feet dancing for most of the night.
