Roadrunners camp at Pala RV Resort

Last week, 23 RVs from the Canyon Lake Roadrunners RV group spent four nights and five days camping at the Pala Casino RV Resort in Pala.

On their last trip of 2016, members of the group played games that included Bingo, bean bag toss and ladder golf. A white elephant gift exchange, group gambling and a free Pala senior show featuring The Country Gentlemen were some of the activities the group enjoyed together.

The group enjoyed feast on a pot-luck, continental breakfasts and a catered meal by Hungry Hunter Steak House on the last night. The campout committee was headed by Bill and Carol Ruffulo and included Monte and Patti Baxter, Les and Linda Card, Richard and Marilyn Stovall, Samir Yousif and Karen Doyle.

Organizers would like to give a special thank you to Leann and Mike Kluck for visiting for the day so Leann could take the group photo under the Friendship Tree.
