Chuck Casey

A Canyon Lake resident since 2007, Chuck volunteers his time serving on numerous boards and committees both inside and outside of Canyon Lake. For the last eight years, Chuck has volunteered countless hours for the Canyon Lake Car Club and Car Show. Vice-president, secretary, photographer and webmaster are positions he’s held in the Car Club. Artwork, judging, forms, posters and trophies are a few of the things he takes care of for the Car Show.

When the Canyon Lake Neighborhood Watch Program needed block captains, Chuck was one of the first to sign up. He also participates in Canyon Lake beach cleanups and fundraisers whenever he can.

Chuck and his wife Tracy have hosted foreign exchange students for the last seven years. “We’ve had students from Spain, Italy, Russia, France and China,” he says.

As a former nuclear electrician in the Navy, Chuck is trained in every element of safety and is looking forward to joining the Canyon Lake Emergency Preparedness Committee when he retires from his current job with the City of Riverside. Education, disaster and humanitarian relief, social services, environment, human rights and technology are some of the causes Chuck cares about and supports.
