Bassmasters Hold October Tournament

The Canyon Lake Bassmasters held their October tournament on Saturday, October 9.

The team of Nolan Cromwell and Danny Batinich, pictured, came out on top with a total of five bass weighing 19.54 pounds. This included the Big Fsh of the tournament weighing 4.72 pounds.

In 2nd place was the team of Travis Smith and Jim Wright, who caught 13.88 pounds; in 3rd was the team of Dave Brittenham and Steve Oskey with 12.30 pounds.

The Bassmasters Club is active in many community events and hosts the annual Kids Fishing Derby each August.
