Alexa McKee

#Spotlight on Seniors: Alexa McKee, daughter of Don and Delfina McKee, has lived in Canyon Lake her entire life. She recently graduated from Temescal Canyon High School where she was in the National Honor Society her junior and senior years and in the California Scholarship Federation all four years of high school.

Alexa was involved in ASB Leadership her freshman and sophomore years, and served as class president her sophomore year. She was on the Debate Team her junior and senior years, and the Dance Team her junior year.

Alexa received the Honored Titan Award and was recognized as a Student of the Month during her freshman and junior years. She also was a TCHS Link Leader

Outside of school, Alexa has been a Big Mama Earth spokesperson, as well as working as a volunteer and teen advisor at the Canyon Lake Library, and volunteering with Helping Our People of Elsinore (HOPE).

She received scholarships from three Canyon Lake clubs: the Woman’s Club, Jr. Women’s Club and Yacht Club. Of her college plans, Alexa says, “I don’t know what the future holds and that’s why I’m going in undecided this fall at the University of California at San Diego. She has indicated interest in teaching, therapy and environmental science.
