Here’s what’s coming up at the CL Library

On Monday, April 18, at 3 p.m., the Spanish Time program for children in grades K-5 will meet. This program uses games and activities to introduce and use Spanish vocabulary.  This program expands vocabulary and communication with children.

Toddler Story Time also meets on Monday at the Library, beginning at 11 a.m.. Toddler Story Time is for children 3 or under.

On Wednesday, the Canyon Lake Knitters welcome friends to their knitting circle. Everyone works on their own projects in their chosen materials. Help and encouragement as well as the program are free.

Next Friday, April 22, at 11:30 a.m.,  Miss Ginny’s Preschool Craft and Story Time invites children to “Come the Rainforest” in celebration of Earth Day.

Also on Friday, the Teen Book Club will meet at 4 p.m. to discuss this month’s title.

Coming up on Monday, April 25, at 11 a.m., a “Toddler Dance Party” will be held in cooperation with the Family Matters Club. Later that day, at 4 p.m., will be the “Day of the Child, Day of the Book” celebration.

The Canyon Lake Library is located inside the City Hall building. It’s open Mondays, 10 to 7, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10 to 6, and Saturdays 10 to 3. It’s closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
