St. Paddy’s Winners

The Canyon Lake Tennis Club congratulates the winners of their March 12, St. Patrick’s Day Team Mixer.

The winners were Melissa Bol, Tom Bol, Phil Hawgood, Lucy Coffield, Krista Smith, Val Gambina, Jimmie Aguilar, Russ Muscarella and Joe Cruz.

The club’s next tournament is the Spring Doubles Mixer on Saturday, April 9. at 8 a.m. The fee to participate is $12 per member, and the deadline to sign up is Wednesday, April 6, by contacting Peggy Basubas at 951-719-7949.

The club will not be hosting a tournament in May in lieu of the annual Shadow Mountain Palm Desert tennis weekend on May 13 to 15.

The Tennis Club invites residents to come out for Social Play on Mondays and Fridays at 8 a.m. It is open to all levels of players and is a way to meet other players without committing to a schedule. For more information, contact Dave Harrigan at 746-3460 or davenjean@canyontennis.net.
