Fe Koffel

Fe Mendoza Johnston Koffel was born in the Philippines on November 19, 1940 and passed away on February 26, 2016.

Fe was a resident of Canyon Lake and enjoyed being around her family, traveling and making jewelry. When she was younger, she taught Polynesian dancing. Her family and friends will miss her caring ways, strong-willed spirit and generous heart.

She is survived by her husband Larry Koffel, three children, nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Thomas Johnston, and daughter, Estrillita.

A viewing will be held on Wednesday, March 9, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Evans Brown Sun City Chapel. The funeral also will be held at Evans Brown on Thursday, March 10, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place at Riverside National Cemetery at 1 p.m., following funeral services.
