New group lessons begin next week at Golf Course

Due to many requests, a new Beginner 1 class and a Beginner II class will start February 24. This is open to all ladies of Canyon Lake. The cost is $100 for four one-hour group lessons. Space is limited, so sign up early in the Golf Pro Shop.

The 9ers Golf Club would like to congratulate the participants in the Beginner Golf Class that concluded February 10. Upon completion of the class, the 9ers hosted a “meet and greet” gathering with some tasty goodies. Spokesperson Kathy Sanchez says, “Great job, ladies. We look forward to seeing you on the Golf Course and encourage you to join the 9ers Golf Club and Women’s Golf Club.”

The 9ers Golf Club is a member of the Women’s Southern California Golf Association. All levels of golfers are welcome. The group meets in the Magnolia Room of the Country Club at 9:30 a.m. each Thursday before heading out to play nine holes of golf. For more information, call Linda Kielty at 951-764-2250.
