On Sunday, November 22, the Family Matters Club held its second Quarter Mania fundraising event. Organizers say many people attended and “a good time was had by all.” Multiple winners walked away with great prizes for just quarters!

The Family Matters Club would like to thank all the volunteers and sponsors who helped put on the event. They would also like to thank the vendors: Nifty Necklace, Damsel in Defense, Scentsy, Uncle Sam’s Daughter, Avenue 30, Balance Board by Rich and Just 4 Gifts.

The club’s next monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, December 1, from 6 to 8 p.m. in the the Country Club Magnolia Room. All residents are invited. The club will be making crafts and decorating the club’s median tree while enjoying a hot chocolate bar and goodies. Other surprises are planned.

On Saturday, December 5, the Family Matters Club will host the Towne Center Winter Carnival and Tree Lighting, starting at 5 p.m. in front of the POA/City Hall building.
