Join Miss Ginny today at Canyon Lake Library

“Looking forward to Thanksgiving” will be the theme for Miss Ginny’s Story Time today, November 20, at 11:30 a.m. The story time is developed for ages 3-5 and includes music, movement, stories and a craft to make and take home.

Toddler Story Time for ages 0-3 meets every Monday at 11 a.m. and will continue to meet through the holidays. Stories, felt board and other activities are presented to entertain and build a foundation for life and literacy.

This month’s free Family Feature Movie will be on Monday, November 30, at 4 p.m., featuring “Inside Out.” Free popcorn will be served.

Holiday closure for the Library will include Friday, November 27, but not Saturday. The Canyon Lake Library will be open regular hours, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., on Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving, and reopen to serve customers on Saturday, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The drop boxes will be available for returns. Internet services, including item renewal and electronic resources, can be accessed at www.rivlib.net.

The Canyon Lake Library is located inside the City Hall building. It’s open Mondays, 10 to 7, Wednesdays and Fridays, 10 to 6, and Saturdays 10 to 3. It’s closed Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. The Canyon Lake Library is a member of the Riverside County Library System honoring cards and returns from other affiliated libraries.
