Honor a loved one with flag in Field of Honor

In preparation for the Veterans Day event on November 11, approximately 200 honor flags will be placed at the Veterans Memorial Park in the Towne Center on November 7. A flag sponsorship is $10 and will bear a yellow ribbon with the name of the honoree. The flags will remain at the Memorial park until November 14, at which time residents can pick up their flag and take it home if they wish.

To reserve a flag in honor of a loved one, submit $10 along with name, mailing address, email address and the name of the person being honored to:

The Canyon Lake Veterans Committee is seeking residents and business owners who would like to contribute $100, $300 and $500 donations to the committee to go towards the expenses for the event held in the Towne Center on Veterans Day (November 11).
