Join Travel Club for a pool party at the Lodge

The Travel Club invites members and guests to the “End-of-Summer Party and BBQ” around the pool on Friday, September 11. Music and live entertainment will be provided by Aprile McKinnon, a professional singer who has been delighting Canyon Lake audiences. The club is offering a special price for this event to show gratitude to all the Travel Club members for their support over the years. The menu consists of barbecued ribs and citrus chicken, plus all the fixings. The cost is $38 for members and $43 for guests. Deadline to reserve a spot is September 4. On October 1, the Travel Club will be taking a docent led architectural tour of Los Angeles to see places about which members may have read but haven’t taken the time to visit. This will include wine tasting and lunch at the San Antonio Winery. The cost is $94 for members and $99 for guests. The cutoff date for reservations is September 16. A visit to Hotel Del Coronado is planned for December 3 to view holiday displays and enjoy dinner at the Hunter Steak House. The cost is $89 for members and $94 for guests. Only 42 places can be reserved for this tour and the cutoff date is November 1. Call Nyla for details.
