Clear Water

Several people commented about how much clearer than usual the water was in the East Bay this past week. Pat Van Dyke, who took this picture from her home, says she can see to the bottom step underwater at her seawall “without any green algae getting in the way.” Her grandson Bill, who fishes every day, said it was the best he’s ever seen it. This “Photo of the Week” feature provides an opportunity for photographers, both amateur and professional, to share their work. The only qualifications are that photos must be of life in Canyon Lake and they must be clear and well lighted. A horizontal format is also recommended due to space constraints.
