Join a tradition, join the CL Royal Court
The Miss Canyon Lake Scholarship Pageant is a tradition that has been ongoing for many years in Canyon Lake. This program emphasizes the ability of the Royal Court and Talent Court to participate in community service, volunteer service and education.
The next signup date is July 20, at 6:30 p.m. in the POA Conference Room, located at the POA building in the Towne Center. The age groups are 5 to 25. Anyone competing for Miss Canyon Lake must be a senior in high school or currently attending college.
All Miss and Teen contestants will be required to have interviews, know facts about their community and have a platform outlining a community service or volunteer program that they will actively promote within Canyon Lake.
There is a Talent Competition portion of the program; however, talent is not a requirement to participate in the pageant. It is optional. The Pageant will be held August 29, 7 p.m. at the Lodge.
