Letter: Fiesta Day Thanks

The Fiesta Day Committee would like to thank all the participants, vendors and sponsors who participated in this year’s Fiesta Under The Big Top. The planning begins in January and takes many meetings to provide a special day for the community. A big thanks goes to the Chamber of Commerce for naming our committee Organization of the Year.

Thank you to our sponsors: Mystic Maids, Buskins, Horizon Solar, Sunpro Solar, CR&R, Valley Crest. Thanks also to the Country Club staff for a wonderful Dignitary Reception and Car Club for providing the convertibles.

Thanks to Pat Kemball for the loan of golf carts to the committee, Rite Way for providing the trash receptacles, A Better Party for a discount on the equipment.

The entertainment both inside and outside of the Lodge was great. The Ski and Wakeboard Clubs provided wonderful shows. Our Cardboard Boat Race was a rousing success. Operations did an outstanding job, as always, with set-ups required on the parade route, streets and at the Lodge.

Thank you to all the parade participants, especially our Grand Marshals Dee and Art Zasio. A special thanks to our veterans for participating in the Veterans Brigade. Congratulations to the Yacht Club on winning the Best Decorated Booth Contest.

I want to personally thank every member of this committee for their dedication, time, hard work and commitment to making this event better every year.
