“Bird’s Eye View”

Back in the day, getting a “bird’s eye view” photograph meant being in some sort of aircraft. Today, photographer Eric Kerker is able to get that sky-high picture with the aid of his DJI Phantom 2 Vision+ drone. This photo was taken from approximately 300 feet above the dam at the south end of Canyon Lake. The feeling of the air rushing by may be missing, but the view is great!
