Seniors invited to New Year’s Eve Dinner-Dance
Canyon Lake residents 55 years and older are invited to ring in 2018 at a New Year’s Eve Dinner-Dance on Dec. 31, from 6 to 11 p.m. at the senior center.
This semi-formal event includes a sit-down dinner, music and danc- ing. A DJ will provide entertainment for the evening. The New Year’s Eve countdown and champagne toast will be celebrated at 10 p.m. Party favors will be provided.
Tickets are $29 and can be pur- chased at the POA office. Seating is

The senior center is located near the main gate at 23307 Canyon Lake Dr. South. The multipurpose facility is an inviting place for seniors in the community to participate in weekly activities and make new friends. The center hosts many weekly and month- ly activities for seniors, including pot- lucks at 5 p.m. on the second Tuesday and last Sunday of every month.

Ring in 2018 at lodge New Year’s Eve Party
Ring in 2018 at the lodge’s New Year’s Eve Party on Dec. 31 from 8 p.m. to 1 a.m. in the Holiday Bay Room. This year’s party will feature HAIRlarious comedy acts by Ace Milner and Anita Miller. DJ Leon Ellis will keep the party rocking with music and dance following the comedy show.
This is a 21 years and older ticketed event. ID will be required for admission.
Tickets are $27 per person and in- clude a champagne toast, hors d’oeuvres and access to the entertainment. Tickets are available through the lodge’s web- site at canyonlakelighthouse.com. Tick- et prices do not include convenience or handling fees. Ticket purchasers must be a member or a guest of a member with a valid tract/lot. There is a limit of 15 tickets per order.
