Support TCHS Football
Canyon Lakers are invited to support the Temescal Canyon High School Football Program by support- ing a couple of its fundraisers. The first one is tomor- row, July 25, with a Bunco Night Fundraiser at Pins and Pockets, 32250 Mission Trail. The cost is $25 per player. The second fundraiser is a Goodwill and e-waste fundraiser in the Temescal Canyon High School park- ing lot, 28755 El Toro Rd. in Lake Elsinore (near Costco), on August 8, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. For more information on either fundraiser, contact Bruce Mac- Donald at 951-246-9938.

CLLL Fall Ball
Canyon Lake Little League will be taking online registration for Fall Ball From August 1 to 26. Fall Ball is a time to increase a player’s baseball skills and give new players a chance to learn the game. This season, all registration will be done online at www.clllca.com.
The cost for players ages 4 and up is $65. Fall sea- son will run approximately seven to eight weeks from September to November. Player registration includes a hat, shirt, belt and socks.
League spokesperson Melissa Gavin says, “Our League is always looking for good coaches. Fall Ball is less demanding and a great way for new coaches to test the waters, and for experienced coaches to keep in touch without the time demands of the Spring season.” For more information, visit www.clllca.com.

Bombshells Grand Reopening

The Equestrian Club is postponing the visit from Animal Communicator Lydia Hiby until Fall.
Caregivers Connection
The next meeting of the Caregivers Connection will take place Monday, July 27, from 10 a.m. to noon in room 6 of the gym at Canyon Lake Community Church. It will feature an inspirational message on “Finding Joy in The Toughest of Circumstances.”
The speaker is long-time Canyon Lake resident au- thor Janelle Basham. Janelle volunteers with a local group very close to her heart, Canyon Lake Bosom Buddies. She also is a patient care liaison with Prestige Nurse Registry and My Choice In Home Care. Janelle cared for her mother when she was battling cancer so she will give a personal testimony as well as an uplift- ing message to those families providing care for their loved ones.
Caregivers Connection provides an opportunity for men and women to discuss common problems, needs and experiences and to learn from one another. Anyone caring for a loved one for illnesses such as dementia, Alzheimer’s, stroke, heart issues or Parkinson’s is wel- come to attend.

The Canyon Lake Family Golf Club has four $1,000- each scholarship awards for senior graduates. The club is requesting a 500-word essay as to the graduate’s in- tentions. Southwest Women’s Chorus

Chamber Mixer at Coeur d’Alene
The next mixer for the Canyon Lake Chamber of Commerce will be held at Coeur d’Alene Fashion Boutique in the Towne Center on July 29, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. The public is invited.
