See Chef Anton’s ‘Beanbag Billiards’
Fiesta Day vendors will have all sorts of products and services to offer shoppers tomorrow. A new game system about ready to come on the market is Beanbag Bil- liards, which will be demonstrated by Mike Miller of Big MaMa Earth Learning Academy.
Mike will be demonstrating the product for Canyon Lake resident Anthony Rin- iti, aka “Chef Anton,” who has invented what he calls “the ultimate 33-in-1 indoor/ outdoor tossing game.” Anton says, “Family physical activity is at an all-time low due to the digital age and social media. We are texting, twittering and using Face- book and Instagram and not having personal social interaction.”
So his game, Beanbag Billiards, provides fun for all ages, with more than 33 games that can be played inside and outside. Anton notes the console is lightweight, durable and easy to transport with wide rolling wheels, handles and a compartment to store all game accessories. It converts into a card/dice table and includes a built-in chess/checker and backgammon board.
Chef Anton is known as the U.S. Trick Shot Champion and Magic Castle magi- cian. The public can support his efforts and purchase a Beanbag Billiards game system at www.KickStarter.com starting July 1. For more information, visit www. beanbagbilliards.com.

Katarina Mathews shows off her Kreate a Pet toys.
Young inventor will display her ‘Kreate a Pet’ invention
Katarina Mathews, 12, invented a new toy product when she was just 10. She now has her own company and is marketing her product worldwide. Look for her booth near the Kid Zone at Fiesta Day.
Kreate a Pet is a stuffed animal that has removable and attachable parts that can be attached anywhere on the animal. The parts have a small “hook” patch that al- lows them to stick anywhere on the animal’s “loop” fabric, similar to Velcro. For example, kids can stick an ear on the leg, put a wing on the head, or put them any- where on the Kreate a Pet. No glue, no pins, no hard parts, no sockets, no magnets and no mess – just soft parts to place anywhere on the animal.
Katarina lives in Canyon Lake with her parents; her father, Richard Mathews, is leading the company’s efforts to bring this new toy to a worldwide market. Look for more about Katarina and her invention in a future article, or visit www. kreateapet.com.
