POA submits written plans for amphitheater

The POA submitted written plans to the city for the Holiday Harbor Park amphitheater and stage on Aug. 20; however, according to the city, they have informed the POA that a formal review of the plans can not begin until the POA submits a site plan.

Work halted on the amphitheater in June when the city red-tagged the site and issued the POA a Stop Work Order when the city discovered that the POA had not submitted plans and that permits had not been issued.
