Nine-year-old Art Arvizu caught 10 pounds of bass and bluegill at Roadrunner Park on the morning of July 1. He used a drop shot rig with a brown roboworm for bait. All fish were released back into the lake.

Art has lived in Canyon Lake for four years, it’s where he learned to fish for bass. Art enjoys both fresh and saltwater fishing and fishes every chance he gets.
