Simple tips for avoiding delays at gate on July 4

With thousands of guest entering Canyon Lake on the Fourth of July holiday, gate traffic can get backed up and guests delayed. To speed up the flow of traffic at the gates, the POA recommends telling guests to have a valid driver’s license ready to show the gate guard when entering the community and to know the address the guest is going to. Guests should arrive early to avoid delays.

Guests coming into Canyon Lake on July 4 may use any gate to access the community. The RFID lanes at the main and east gates will be open for vehicles with RFID transponders and vehicles with decals only.

All other lanes will be open for visitors, this includes those with pre-printed guest passes.

For information about pre-printed guest passes, contact POA Member Services at 951-244-6841. The POA office will be closed on July 4. Regular business hours will resume on Thursday, July 5.
