Library’s Buck-a-Bag Book Sale starts Saturday

The Canyon Lake Library’s Buck-a-Bag Book Sale begins tomorrow, May 19, and runs through May 26. Visitors to the library can purchase a bag of books for $1 during the sale. There is no limit to the number of bags an individual may purchase. The sale will have puzzles and other items in addition to books, movies and music. The shelves will be restocked daily with new items while supplies last. Donations of books, audiobooks, magazines, music, CDs and DVDs will be accepted. The library does not accept older textbooks and encyclopedias.

Proceeds from the sale will go toward the Friends of the Canyon Lake Library’s events, programs and materials.

The library is located in the Canyon Lake Towne Center at 31516 Railroad Canyon Rd. Hours are Mondays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesdays and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The library is closed on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
