Visitors to the Canyon Lake Library can purchase a bag of books for $1 during the library’s Buck-a-Bag Book Sale May 19 through May 26. There is no limit to the number of bags an individual may purchase. The proceeds go toward the Friends of the Canyon Lake Library’s events, programs and materials.
The sale will have puzzles and other items in addition to books, movies and music. All items in the sale have been donated by the community. The shelves will be restocked daily with new items while supplies last. Donations for the sale are being accepted. The storage at the library for the sale of books is almost full so the library is requesting additional donations be grought to the library during the sale. Books, audiobooks, magazines, music, CDs and DVDs are welcomed. The Library does not accept older textbooks and encyclopedias.
