Aprile has performed on numerous occasions at both the lodge and country club. In 2017, she opened for one of her favorite bands, the new wave group Berlin, when they performed at the lodge. She also opened for the Four Tops at the Rose Bowl.

Aprile said she is looking forward to opening for the Surf City Allstars, featuring Beach Boy David Marks and Dean Torrence of Jan & Dean. She said, “I love the music of the Beach Boys and Jan & Dean. I bet the energy is going to be electric. The harmonies are like no other. We just don’t have harmonies like that today.”

The Surf City Allstars concert will be held at the lodge on Saturday, Apr. 21. General Admission tickets are $42; VIP $67. Tickets are on sale now at the POA office and on the POA website at canyonlakepoa.com. Doors open at 6:30 p.m; concert starts at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets are also on sale now for the remaining two POA concerts: Keith Anderson and Berlin. Country music artist Keith Anderson will perform on June 30. “Every Time I Hear Your Name” and “I Still Miss You” are among Keith’s hit songs.

New wave band Berlin, featuring Terri Nunn, returns to Canyon Lake Sept. 15 for the POA’s final concert of the season. Berlin rose to international acclaim in the early 80s with a string of hits anchored by singer Terri Nunn’s powerful voice and charismatic persona. “Take My Breath Away” and “No More Words” are two of their chart-topping hits.

General Admission tickets for both concerts are $32; VIP $57. Tickets are on sale now at the POA office and online at canyonlakepoa.com.
