The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club would like to thank this wonderful community for the support and recognition this past weekend. Not only did we have a successful and delicious cooking class but we were honored to be recognized by the Chamber of Commerce as the Organization of the Year. It is with pride and gratitude that we thank the Chamber for this honor and look forward to many more years of charitable philanthropic donations as well as rewarding high school seniors with scholarships so that they can continue their education and follow their dreams.

Thank you to Rose Marie Hand for co-chairing the cooking class event with me. Thank you to Lyne Hall for her assistance.

All the ladies that supported our cooking class were pleased and delighted to be able to taste the culinary treats that were skillfully prepared by Fleur Alise Lawrence, a member as well as a talented chef who was able to explain the variations of the dishes she prepared. JC Taylor also contributed, although not able to be there in person but in a recipe that everyone enjoyed.

Thank you to all and know that we do appreciate the support and honors bestowed on our club.
