Letter: Mermaid Festival

The Canyon Lake Woman’s Club is gearing up for its 4th annual Mermaid Festival. We found ourselves without a club to run the Kids Zone, a big draw to our event.

I reached out to Roanne Grasso of ABC Bounce and she and her husband Joe immediately stepped up. I know them because they are on the Fiesta Day Committee as I am. Joe stepped up this year to fill the great void left by Joanna Spiller who was chair of the Fiesta Day Committee for many years.

It’s people like the Grassos that make this community the very fabulous place it is to live. On behalf of the Canyon Lake Woman’s Club, thank you.
