Golfers are invited to mark their calendars for the Jr. Women’s Club’s 9th annual Charity Golf Tournament on Apr. 14, at 11 a.m. at the Canyon Lake Country Club and Golf Course. This event is open to both residents and non-residents.
The format is Four-Person Scramble. All four players don’t have to sign up at the same time. Entry fees are $100 per player. Canyon Lake Golf Course members pay $60. Entry fees include round of golf, golf cart rental and dinner. The cost for dinner only is $20.
Registration starts at 11 a.m., followed by a Putting Contest, driving range warm-up, and Shotgun start at 1 p.m.
There will be three complimentary contests: Hole in One, Longest Range, Closest to the Pin and Putting.
The day’s event will conclude with a cocktail reception at 5 p.m., followed by dinner, awards, raffle and live auction at 6 p.m.
There are opportunities to participate in this fundraising event by sponsoring a hole, donating items for the prize drawing, auction or tee prize, and of course, playing.
Sponsorships range from $60 to $200.
