The Canyon Cowboy, a new restaurant and entertainment venue in the Canyon Lake Towne Center, has officially opened its doors. The event featured live music by the band Young Guns, drinks specials and giveaways.

Canyon Lake Mayor Randy Bonner, Mayor Pro-Tem Vicki Warren and POA General Manager Eric Kazakoff all showed their support for Canyon Lake’s newest business by attending the event.

Oh dear. Doesn’t anyone proofread anymore? “…celebrated on Saturday with a Grand Opening event on Friday evening.” How could they celebrate on Saturday with an event on Friday? “Fried steak and chicken…” Are you sure that isn’t Chicken Fried Steak?
