The event featured a costume parade led by special guest Thunder from storm stadium, costume contest with prizes, carnival games, bounce houses, music by Mike Shroyer from Good Time Entertainment,  and trick-or-treating at more than 30 Towne Center businesses.

Participants who visited every participating business and had their treasure map stamped were entered into a drawing. Two winners were drawn at random.

Audree Duarte won two tickets to Magic Mountain, donated by Dolores Badillo from Western Riverside Council of Governments (WRCOG). Faith Folds won Storm merchandise, promotional material and four home plate/dugout tickets to a 2018 Storm game, donated by Lake Elsinore Storm Baseball.

There were 151 costume contest entries this year. Costume contest prizes, donated by Diane Scott and Margaret McCoy, were awarded for Best Costume in four age groups.

The costume winners are as follows:

One-year-old and under: Logan Blair, Curious George.

Two to five years old: Jaxon Irvin, T-Rex.

Six to nine years old: Samantha Triolo, Sugar Skull.

10 to 13 years old: Kambria Reed, Gene Simmons from the band Kiss.
