Lioness Club to hold garage sale today, Saturday

The Canyon Lake Lioness Club is holding a garage sale today from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. and tomorrow from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the home of Lioness Shirley D’Agostino, 30489 Meadowlark Drive. Items to be sold include kitchenware, glassware, clothing, books, decorative housewares, small appliances, holiday decorations, electronics and jewelry, to name a few.

“We would like to thank the community for their generous donations.” said Lioness Joanna Spiller. “This year, we had so many donations that we had to turn some away.”

The club will also be selling holiday decorated jars of candy for $5 each. “These would make great gifts for friends or family,” said Joanna Spiller.

The proceeds from the garage sale will be used to help families in need in the community and to support organizations that aid the sight-impaired.
