Community shows support for pump track

Members of the community showed their support for a pump track at September’s Regular Session  Board of Directors meeting.

Director Michael Harris said, “We appreciate the community’s support for the pump track. We have some bumps in the road but we’re working on it. It may not happen tomorrow but we’re working towards that end.”

Director Dale Welty said, “If the only issue was the money, I think you’d get five votes in favor of the pump track. Unfortunately, we have to be concerned about the liability to the members, the neighbors, insurance cost and requirements, and the cost and installation of the amenity. While we are all for the pump track, we really have to address these issues, think it through and come out with a good answer.”
