Thirteen-year-old Kylene Evens treated members at the Bible Fellowship Club’s July meeting with a performance on her harp. “She played “God Bless America” and “Amazing Grace. Everyone sang along and had a blessed time,” said Club Chairman Steve Martin.
Kylene has performed at several Canyon Lake events, including Canyon Lake’s annual National Day of Prayer.
The Bible Fellowship Club holds monthly meetings on the second Tuesday of each month at 7 p.m. in the Activity Building at East Port Park. Meetings are open to the community. The meetings open with prayer and praise music followed by exploring and diving into God’s word, the Holy Bible, refreshments and fellowship.
“If you want to meet fellow believers and make a difference in your community, come on out to the next get together. Bring your Bible and a friend,” said Steve.
