POA offers new poolside food, beverage service

The POA has announced that poolside food and beverage service will now be offered for the membership’s convenience. A staff member from the Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar has been appointed to specifically provide service for members and their guests at the pool. The service began July 1.

Poolside service will be available every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding special events and weather permitting.

The Lighthouse Restaurant and Bar staff have crafted a poolside menu that offers an array of options including: burgers, pizzas, salads, fish tacos, sandwiches, wraps, appetizers, healthy options and more.

A kid’s section is included in the menu. Refreshments such as sodas, juices, lemonade, energy drinks and chocolate milk will also be available. The complete poolside menu can be viewed at canyonlakelighthouse.com.
