Flick-N-Float movie nights begin Saturday

Summer Movie Nights are back. The POA will hold the first Flick-N-Float movie of the summer at the pool on Saturday evening. Members and their guests are invited to bring a small pool float and enjoy fun in the pool while watching a movie on the big screen.

The featured movie will be A Mermaid’s Tale, a modern fairy tale of an enchanted friendship between a girl and a mermaid. Movie starts at dusk.

Parents must accompany their children unless the child is over the age of 14 and has a POA card. For safety reasons, there is a maximum capacity limit; so be sure to arrive early.

Future Flick-N-Float movies will be shown on July 15 and September 2. Most Flick-N-Float movies are rated PG.

The POA also sponsors Movie Night in the Park. Families are invited to bring chairs and blankets to spread out on the slope at Holiday Harbor for a family-friendly movie night on June 23, July 7, July 21, August 11 and August 25. Movies start at dusk (approximately 8 p.m.). Most movies are rated PG.

Flick-N-Float and Movie Night in the Park are free events. For more information, contact the Activities Department at 951-244-6841, ext 610.
