Musician Sean McNabb will be joining the Classic Rock All Stars Concert this Saturday night at the lodge. Sean was the bassist for Quiet Riot in the 80s and for Dokken from 2009 to 2014. He’s recorded over 35 CDs in his discography. Great White, XYZ  and Queensryche are among the bands he’s recorded and toured with.

Sean will take the stage with Goldy McJohn from Steppenwolf, Albert Bouchard from Blue Oyster Cult and Mike Pinera from Blues Image, Iron Butterfly and Alice Cooper. Together the artists will perform the smash hit songs from each of their bands. “Ride Captain Ride,” “Magic Carpet Ride,” “Don’t Fear the Reaper,” “Godzilla” and “In a Gada Da Vida” are some of the classics they’ll be belting out.

Concert Promoter Doug Schultz said, “This show takes the audience on a dazzling journey through time and the awe inspiring thrills of a truly special time in history,”

The Hollow Suns, a young band who originated in Los Angeles in June 2015, will be opening the show. Their influences are a little bit of everything, from classic rock and roll and surf rock to grunge and blues.

“With The Hollow Suns opening the show we now have an eclectic line-up that all ages of Canyon Lake residents will enjoy,” said Doug. “The one request I’ve had from the people of Canyon Lake was to book some rock and roll. Well, this is the show that those who have asked should go see. This concert features two full bands and it’s going to be a good one.”

At the time of print, there were less than 50 concert tickets available. If the show isn’t sold out on Saturday, tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Tickets are $30; VIP tickets are $55. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.; concerts starts at 7:30 p.m.

Following the Classic Rock All Stars Concert will be the June 24 Berlin Concert. The show is already sold-out.

Ty Herndon is scheduled to perform on September 9. The country music star has charted the Billboard Hot Country Song charts 17 times in the 90s with hits like “Loved Too Much,” “Living in the Moment” and “What Mattered Most.”

General Admission tickets are $25; VIP tickets are $50.

The 2017 concert series will wrap up on November 4 when Grammy Award winner Rick Derringer performs. The rock and blues legend rocked the scene in the 60s as a member of The McCoys. “Hang on Sloopy” is one of the band’s most notable hits.

General Admission tickets for this show are $30; VIP tickets are $55.
