Letter: Thank You

Editor, The Friday Flyer.

I want to thank The Friday Flyer for the recent article they published on the Titans Cycling team. It just warmed my heart. We have been involved in the sport for almost 30 years. My son grew up cycling and now all my grandsons cycle. My son currently helps coach the Murrieta Mesa High School Cycling team. Needless to say, my husband and I spent many weekends at races.

This is a sport that is growing in leaps and bounds, and it’s wonderful to see it get some recognition. It is a great sport for building character in young people. It teaches them camaraderie and discipline, and also encourages them to eat healthy. Thank you again for the wonderful article.
