Lyne Hall

Lyne Hall moved to Canyon Lake from the South Bay area in 2011. She joined the Woman’s Club in 2012 and the Travel and Yacht Clubs in 2013.

Two years ago Lyne founded the annual Mermaid Festival, a community-wide event held at Indian Beach and sponsored by the Woman’s Club.

For the past two years, Lyne has served as the parade director on the Fiesta Day Committee. Fiesta Day is considered the “granddaddy” of all Canyon Lake events.

Lyne has held a position on the Woman’s Club Board for the past three years. Her positions include ways and means chair for two years and publicity chair for one year. She’s also served on the Woman’s Club Home Tour Committee for three consecutive years.

In 2015 and 2016, Lyne served as co-chair for the Woman’s Club annual Fashion Show, an event that raises $15,000 to $20,000 annually. She serves as the chairperson for this year’s show and for the shows five pre-parties. For past Fashion Shows, she’s hosted three pre-parties at her home. She also donates her time providing all the graphic work for the many events the Woman’s Club hosts.

In the Travel Club, Lyne served on the Board for one year as the social chair. As a member of the Yacht Club, Lyne gives back to the community by participating in the club’s annual Lake Cleanup.

In addition to her volunteer work in Canyon Lake, for the past two years she’s volunteered as a foster parent to animals at Animals Friends of the Valleys, an animal shelter that serves Canyon Lake, and the Menifee Humane Society. She currently fosters five cats.
