Family Matters Club hosts events for families

The Family Matters Club Kids Event Coordinator Wendy Duran has been busy arranging many fun activities for the kids of Canyon Lake. The club recently hosted a Police Meet and Greet at Sierra Park on September 21 where the kids enjoyed taking photos and sitting in the police car. Family Matters would like to thank the police department for taking time to share with the children.

On September 24, the club hosted a Come-Out-and-Play Day at Sunset Beach, where the children got to play on the new playground. Organizers say the weather was nice and everyone enjoyed the free popsicles and crafts provided by the club.
