Lions Club serving up pancakes this Sunday

The whole community is invited for breakfast! The Canyon Lake Lions Club will hold its annual Pancake Breakfast this Sunday, September 18, from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Holiday Harbor. The menu will include scrambled eggs, sausage, pancakes, juice, coffee and tea for a $6 donation per person. Bloody Marys and Mimosas will be for sale also.

Tickets can be purchased at the door or from any Lion, or by calling Lions President Bob Hurst at 951-233-0355. “Bring the family and come enjoy a great breakfast while helping the Lions to continue their philanthropic efforts,” says Bob.

Cub Scout Troop 346 will be assisting the Lions in their White Cane Project as well as helping with the breakfast. Lioness Club members will be helping their sponsoring Lions Club by serving coffee, orange juice and all the items necessary for the breakfast.

Lions support the Lions Clubs International Foundation, whose chief mission is to allocate funds and resources to solve major humanitarian challenges and to help the victims of natural disasters around the world.
