Arrest report update

Riverside County Sheriff’s Perris Station Sgt. Ralph Rico provided the following report of arrests that occurred in the City of Canyon Lake from July 4 to August 14, 2016. Residents are reminded these reports represent arrests of suspects and not convictions of a crime.

July 4, 2016 – Driving Under the Influence – 23100 block of Compass Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-61860018 – 8:16 p.m. – Robert Matthew Maddock, 32 years, was arrested for driving under the influence.

July 4, 2016 – Driving Under the Influence – Scout Ct. and Vacation Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-61860021 – 10:21 p.m. – Eric Dean Mascho, 22 years, was arrested for driving under the influence.

July 4, 2016 – Public Intoxication – 22100 block of Village Way, Canyon Lake – CN-161860011 – 5:15 p.m. – Tyler Keith Morrow, 23 years, was arrested for public intoxication.

July 4, 2016 – Spousal Abuse – 22100 block of Village Way Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-161860024 – 9:40 p.m. –Eric Emelio Rodriguez, 24 years, was arrested for spousal abuse.

July 4, 2016 – Public Intoxication – 22100 block of Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake – CN-161860011 – 5:15 p.m. – Elijah Jacob Volz, 21 years, was arrested for public intoxication.

July 7, 2016 – Elder Abuse – 22900 block of Blue Bird Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-161890010 – 2:25 p.m. – Jordan Daniel Scott, 23 years, was arrested for elder abuse.

July 10, 2016 – Public Intoxication – 29700 block of Eagle Point Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-161920008 – 9:21 p.m. –  Keith Allan Curtis, 46 years, was arrested for public intoxication..

July 19, 2016 – Driving Under the Influence – (outside gates) Railroad Canyon Rd. and Canyon Lake Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162010004 – 7:00 a.m. – Maria Luisa Vargas, 57 years, was arrested for driving under the influence.

July 22, 2016 – Driving Under the Influence – (outside gates) Railroad Canyon Rd. and Sorrel Ln., Canyon Lake – CN-162040002 – 2:19 a.m. – Jenelle Christine Wallis, 33 years, was arrested for driving under the influence.

July 23, 2016 – Illegal Drugs – (outside gates) 31700 block of Railroad Canyon Rd., Canyon Lake – CN-162050016 – 8:00 p.m. – Peter Nicholas Benavidez, 32 years, was arrested for possession of illegal drugs.

July 27, 2016 – Public Intoxication – Canyon Lake Dr. and Continental Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162090009 – 8:25 p.m. – James Bernard Albright, 54 years, was arrested for public intoxication.

July 29, 2016 – Spousal Abuse – Wake Court and Lighthouse Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162110006 – 2:03 p.m. – Ian Allen Manning, 36 years, was arrested for spousal abuse.

August 1, 2016 – Public Intoxication – 22200 block of Canyon Lake Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162140007 – 6:27 p.m. – Joshua Allen Remer, 42 years, was arrested for public intoxication.

August 6, 2016 – Warrant Service – 23100 block of Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162180008 – 10:40 a.m. – Shawn Christopher Bland, 31 years, was arrested for an outstanding felony warrant.

August 7, 2016 – Public Intoxication – 30600 block of Longhorn Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162200004 – 2:24 a.m. – Yvette Monique Gonzalez, 33 years, was arrested for public intoxication.

August 9, 2016 – Illegal Drugs – Gray Fox and Pheasant Dr., Canyon Lake – CN-162220002 – 10:15 a.m. – Dalton Robert Brown, 25 years, was arrested for under the influence of illegal drugs and possession of illegal drugs.
