Homes are going up in Canyon Hills Westridge

Pardee Homes has broken ground and revealed plans for Westridge at Canyon Hills. It includes three new home neighborhoods off Railroad Canyon Rd., on the other side of the hill west of Canyon Lake.

Pardee says, “Westridge will be the newest village in the Canyon Hills community, offering a gated, view-oriented setting featuring groupings of single-family homes, some arranged in clusters, with stylish architecture, open, airy interiors and picturesque street scenes.”

Westridge sits on a terraced hillside overlooking Lake Elsinore, Canyon Lake and the surrounding rolling hills. The first three new home neighborhoods  – Viewpoint, Overlook and Vantage – “will bring fresh, sophisticated living choices in a range of architectural styles designed to appeal to those with an appreciation for design and comfortable living,” says Pardee. The grand opening is anticipated in mid-July.

Westridge will be accessed via a gated entry and anchored by a central parkway and two-acre Summit Park featuring a lap/wading/beach entry pool, spa, showers, tot lot, picnic tables and barbecues, fire pit and basketball court. A dog park also is planned and will include two fenced-in parks, shade trees, benches and room to run.
