9ers hold Full Swing Clinic

On February 12, members of the 9ers Golf Club got to enjoy a Full Swing Clinic with Head Golf Pro Pat Kemball. Spokesperson Kathy Sanchez says, “All the participants were thrilled with the lessons and the valuable tips they received. The club does have future clinics planned.”

Kathy reminds Canyon Lake ladies that if they are new to golf or have played for years, they are welcome to join the 9ers. “The club emphasizes fun in a relaxed atmosphere.,” she says.

Golf Scholarship from 9ers

The 9ers currently are doing fundraisers to contribute to a golf scholarship for a Canyon Lake student at the end of this school year. The club is seeking a student who has the desire to continue their education and loves the game of golf. To apply for this scholarship, contact Teresa Roberson at 310-741-0223. The application deadline is April 4. Also, any contributions to the scholarship fund are appreciated.
